Prepare Your USB Drive  Use a standard USB flash drive. Format it strictly to FAT32. Other formats will not work.  2. Download & Transfer Files  Visit the official product page on ViewSonic. Search your exact model in the Downloads section. Download the Firmware Update zip file. Extract the folder on your computer.

Copy the M1_mini.bin file directly to the top level of the USB. Do not put it inside any folders.  3. Run the Projector Upgrade  Ensure the power adapter and cable are connected.
