If you have a version of the game that is stuck in a foreign language, the most reliable fix involves editing the game's configuration launcher.
Note: This method is intended for legitimate copies where the language files are already present on the hard drive but simply aren't activated.
Find the Settings File:
Look for a file named skidrow.ini. (If you are playing a Steam version, this file may not exist; proceed to Method 2).
Edit the File:
Play the Game: Launch the game; the menus and audio should now be in English.
Do not use random EXE files. You want archived source files. The most reliable sources are:
