Intel no longer directly lists Bay Trail drivers for consumer download because the chip is end-of-life (EOL). However, Intel still hosts a Chipset Device Software package that supports Z3735F.

The Z3735F supports up to 2GB RAM (single-channel) and has a different package pinout. Drivers are nearly identical, but the audio codec and USB PHY differ. Use Z3735F drivers for Z3735F only.


This CPU typically runs 32-bit UEFI firmware, even if you install 64-bit Windows. This causes problems. If you’re reinstalling Windows, you may need special boot media. Many users with this chip stick to 32-bit Windows 10 for full driver compatibility.
