Save the Adrenaline Shot for the end of level 2, where a narrow alley forces you into a chokepoint with two Fat Zombies. Pop adrenaline, run past them, and kite them back to the pharmacy basement’s narrow stairs. The stairs create a perfect funnel—your shotgun will clear them in seconds.
