Starting with late-2020 and all 2021 production models of the Mi 4C, Xiaomi implemented a security change to prevent botnets from hacking into routers. Here is the new rule:
There is no default admin password. You must use your WiFi Password to log into the router settings.
If you have never changed your WiFi password, the sticker on the bottom of the router (labeled WiFi Password / 无线密码) is also your Admin login password.
