Raw DOSBox on PSP will not run Windows 95 well out of the box. You need a custom dosbox.conf file. Open Notepad on your PC and paste the following optimized settings:

This is the most delicate step. Since you cannot use a CD-ROM directly on the PSP, you must pre-install Windows 95 on your PC emulator, then copy the installed files.

The Configuration (The Hard Part):

Overclocking: Windows 95 is heavy. When you launch DOSBox on the PSP, go into the emulator settings (usually by holding a shoulder button or using the settings menu) and set the CPU clock to 333MHz. This is the maximum safe speed for the PSP processor. Without this, Windows 95 will take 20 minutes just to show the taskbar.
