Do not format on a PC (unless troubleshooting). Use the camera’s built‑in format tool:

Hold down the Reset button (usually inside a pinhole next to the lens). While holding reset, plug the USB power in. Keep holding reset for 10 seconds. v380 firmware full

Power off the camera, remove the SD card (or delete the .bin file from it), and power on again. If you leave the file on the card, the camera will re-flash itself every time it boots. Do not format on a PC (unless troubleshooting)
