Upgrade Medianav 913 To 10131 May 2026

If you attempt to update and receive an error saying "Wrong Product" or "Incorrect Version," it means the firmware file you are using is not compatible with your specific hardware ID. You must find the correct firmware variant for your specific unit.

Turn the car on and keep engine running.

Insert USB into MediaNav front USB port (not a phone-connected hub).

Wait: After a few seconds the unit should detect the update and prompt for installation. If not, reboot the unit (press and hold power button ~10s) then reinsert USB.

Confirm update on-screen when prompted. Do not remove USB or turn off the car during flashing.

The unit will copy files and reboot several times. Typical full update takes 10–20 minutes.

After completion, the unit reboots into the new firmware. Confirm version in Settings → System → About shows 10.13 or 10131.
