If you have acquired the IPA file (which usually requires owning the app legally or finding a decrypted backup from your own device), the installation process has never been more accessible.
1. The AltStore / SideStore Method This is currently the most popular method for non-jailbroken devices.
2. The TrollStore Method For devices running specific older iOS versions (usually iOS 14.0 – 15.7.1, or specific 16.x versions), TrollStore is a game-changer. It allows users to install IPAs permanently without the 7-day expiration limit and with full entitlements. If you have TrollStore installed, you simply drop the IPA in and install—no refreshing required.
3. The EU Alternative Route Following the EU's Digital Markets Act, alternative marketplaces are beginning to pop up.
