Think Cell License Key Registry May 2026

If you use a floating license (RLM server), the registry key is different:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Think-Cell\LicenseServer
Value: ServerAddress (REG_SZ) → port@hostname

For most standard installations, the configuration is stored in the user's specific registry hive: Example: 27000@license-server

Open PowerPoint → Think-Cell tab → About → License status should show “Licensed to …” or similar.

Double-click the .reg file and confirm the merge. Restart PowerPoint.

Warning: Do not export/import across different machines – hardware binding will fail.
