Suzuki K6a Engine | Ecu Pinout Repack

Kenji plugged the repack harness between the car’s original loom and the K6A ECU. He triple-checked grounds. He prayed to the kei-car gods.

Turned the key. Fuel pump primed. Check engine light flashed once — normal. Crank, crank, fire.

The engine idled like a Swiss watch. Smooth. No stumbling. He revved it to 4,000 RPM. Clean. Drove it 20 km. No cutouts. No sneeze. suzuki k6a engine ecu pinout repack

He data-logged using an oscilloscope on the repack’s test points: the crank signal was now clean, injector pulse widths matched perfectly, and the TPS read a linear 0.5V–4.5V sweep.

The gremlin was dead.
