Keep holding Utility until you see a boot menu on the touchscreen (it may look like white text on a black background). You will see options:
Use the touchscreen or the first rotary encoder to select "Update Firmware."

Turn off the DigiLive 16 using the rear rocker switch. Wait 10 seconds for the capacitors to drain.
