    If manual driver installation fails, install Samsung Smart Switch for Windows. It will:

    Download Smart Switch from the official Samsung website. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers

    Get the .exe file (around 30 MB).

    If you are trying to unbrick or flash the A127F using Odin but the "COM Port" box isn't turning blue:

  • Port Conflict: Sometimes the modem drivers conflict. Unplug the phone, hold Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc, go to Ports (COM & LPT), right-click any "Samsung Mobile USB Modem" ports and uninstall them (check "Attempt to remove driver for this device"). Reinstall the main driver package.
