Printeradmin | Print Job Manager Full 13
No more waiting for a user to report a jam. The software monitors consumable levels (toner, drum, waste cartridge) and sends email or SNMP traps to your helpdesk when thresholds are crossed. Version 13 improves the predictive engine, estimating when a device will run out of supplies based on historical usage trends.
Unlike HP or Xerox subscription models, PrinterAdmin offers a one-time license fee. This is a massive selling point. While the upfront cost is higher than a monthly subscription for very small businesses, for an organization with 50+ employees, the Return on Investment (ROI) usually hits within 12 to 18 months. You own the software, and you host the data.
Billing accuracy is critical. The firm integrated Printeradmin with its practice management software. Each print job is tagged with a client/matter code, and monthly reports feed directly into billable expenses. The "Full" version’s advanced reporting saved the billing department 15 hours per month in manual reconciliation. Printeradmin Print Job Manager Full 13
