Live workouts can be scheduled for any time and are automatically loaded to your on-demand library for your athletes to take anytime. You can also setup "Replay" classes which are scheduled live classes, but the coach video is a replay of an earlier live workout.
Workouts can be imported from Today's Plan, Training Peaks or built from scratch in Velocity's advanced workout builder. Interval targets can be set within compliance zones that help athletes improve skills.
Not only can athletes see and hear you guide them through the class, but you can see all of the athletes in the class, their real time data and color coding to indicate their interval performance to the targets. Two-way audio can be enabled for smaller classes too.
Adjustable compliance zones around interval power and cadence targets engage athletes to earn points for staying in the zones and develop cycling specific skills. Velocity is built for coaches to teach their athletes proper shifting, technique and does not use ERG mode.
Build a simple studio or scale it up to include multiple cameras. We provide easy directions and guidance on three tiers of setups with hardware recommendations based on need. Velocity can also facilitate hybrid
classes with in-studio and at-home participants.
You and your coaches will have your own password-protected coaching portal that limits access to just your athletes. Within your coaching portal, you can further restrict content access based on subscription.
Getting started is easy and fast. You'll follow these five steps:
1) Set up your coaching portal
2) Setup and connect your studio
3) Import or build your workouts
4) Invite your athletes
5) Start riding!
There is a no start up or initiation fee and then there is only a small monthly fee per athlete who joins your coaching portal.
You can set up different subscription levels or do one-time events (course overviews, nutrition rides, etc.) and Velocity is just paid our single flat fee that reduces as you scale your business on Velocity..

Before downloading any software, you must positively identify your controller. Using the wrong MPTOOL (e.g., a tool for the PS2251-03 or PS2251-09) will brick your drive permanently.
Phison MPTools are not "one size fits all." The PS2251-07 has gone through many hardware revisions (Rev A, Rev B, Rev C, etc.). Using the wrong version of the tool will result in the software failing to detect your drive.
This process assumes you have a drive with a PS2251-07 controller that has failed or has fake capacity.
Verdict: They are identical. The MPTOOL for one works for the other. You will look for tools labeled "Phison MPALL v3.xx" or "STTOOL" specifically for the PS2251-07.
Warning: This process will erase all data on the drive. If you have data you need to recover, this is not the first step you should take.
Once you have downloaded the correct MPTool folder (which usually contains an .ini configuration file and an .exe), follow these general steps:
The overhead lights in the "Recovery Room" flickered, casting long shadows over a graveyard of dead USB drives. Elias sat hunched over a terminal, the blue glare reflecting off his glasses. Before him lay a battered 64GB stick—a Phison PS2251-07 (PS2307) —the only surviving witness to the Harrington heist.
"Talk to me," he whispered, sliding the drive into the port. The OS chirped a warning: Drive not recognized. Please format.
"Not today." Elias didn't need a format; he needed a resurrection. He opened the

The interface was cold and clinical. He navigated to the setting tabs, his fingers dancing across the keys to input the specific IC Controller

is typically Phison MPALL (Mass Production Tool). This utility is used to repair "Write Protected" drives, restore corrupted firmware, or re-partition flash drives. Warning: Read Before Proceeding
Using MPALL is risky and can permanently brick your USB drive if the wrong settings or firmware are applied. This tool was designed for factory production, not general consumers. All data on the drive will be erased. Step 1: Identify Your Controller and NAND
Before opening the tool, you must confirm your hardware details using a utility like ChipGenius or Flash Drive Information Extractor. Controller: Should confirm as PS2251-07(PS2307).
Flash ID: Take note of the NAND memory part number (e.g., Toshiba, Hynix). You will need this to select the correct firmware. Step 2: Basic Configuration in MPALL
Launch the Tool: Download and unzip the MPALL distribution (e.g., version MPALL v3.72.0B or later) and run MPALL_F1_9000.exe as an administrator. Common Applications of MPTool MPTool is widely used
Access Settings: Click the Setting button. If prompted, select "New Setting" and "Basic Adjustment". Controller & Interface: Controller: Select PS2251-07.
Host Port: Usually USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 depending on your drive. Firmware Selection (Optional but Recommended):
If the drive is totally unresponsive, you may need to "Burner" and "Firmware" files (often named like BN07Vxxx.BIN and FW07Vxxx.BIN). These must match your NAND Flash ID exactly. Step 3: Flashing the Drive Connect the Drive: Plug in your USB drive.
Update View: Click Update in the main MPALL window. Your drive should appear in one of the numbered slots. Start: Press the Start button. Green: The process finished successfully.
Red: An error occurred (likely a firmware mismatch or incorrect setting). Common Troubleshooting
CT-0x1042 / 0x1102 Errors: These often indicate a mismatch between the firmware version and the NAND type.
Read Only/Write Protect: If the software cannot see the drive, you may need to manually put the controller into Test Mode (shorting specific pins on the controller chip), which is a last-resort hardware step.
For specific firmware files and version-specific guides, experts often recommend checking the community databases at USBDev.ru or the HDD Guru Forums.

While we are striving to make Velocity as accessible as possible, there will naturally be some technological hurdles we haven’t foreseen or can’t retro fit to meet older standards of compatibility.
Currently Velocity can communicate with Bluetooth devices via the Chrome platform on a PC. An IOS solution is in development as we continue to strive to make Velocity accessible across all devices and operating systems.
We are establishing partnerships with third party partners and developing workout files to be downloadable in formats that are compatible with leading fitness partners. Currently, your workouts can not automatically upload to Strava and Garmin Connect, but should be able to soon. We will be adding new partners as well.
