Oracle Soa Suite 122140 Download Updated May 2026

Downloading the SOA Suite binary is only 20% of the battle. You cannot install 12.2.1.4.0 on a bare OS. You need the "Fusion Middleware Infrastructure" first.

In the search box, type: Oracle SOA Suite

After installation, start WebLogic and log into EM Console:

Go to WebLogic Domain → soa-infra → scroll to SOA Infra Properties.
Look for: FMW Version: 12.2.1.4.0 (Build 20230801+)

If you see 12.2.1.4.2307XX – you have the latest July 2023 patchset.
If you see 12.2.1.3 – you downloaded the wrong file.
