The special begins seconds after the end of Season 5. Monarch (Gabriel Agreste) has made his wish, sacrificing himself to save Nathalie's life and heal Adrien's broken amok (the twin rings). The world resets, but at a terrible cost.
The Core Conflict: The newly crowned "Bug Noire" (a hybrid form Ladybug takes using the Black Cat Miraculous) is trying to stop a newly empowered Chronobug (future Ladybug using the Rabbit Miraculous) from undoing the wish. However, the main antagonist is Time Stalker — a future, corrupted version of Bunnyx (Alix Kubdel).
Why is Time Stalker evil? In a future timeline, Ladybug (as Bug Noire) fails to defeat Monarch. The resulting chaos and pain drive Alix insane with grief and rage. She blames Ladybug for not stopping Monarch sooner and not telling Adrien the truth about his father. Time Stalker uses the Rabbit Miraculous to travel back to the moment of the wish, intending to kill Ladybug before she can make the mistakes that lead to that dark future.
The Story Beats:
For the first time in the Miraculous World specials, we see a merging of powers that isn't an accident. With the Rabbit Miraculous hopping between timelines erratically, Marinette cannot risk using it alone.
Enter a new fusion: Chronobug.
Donning a sleek, steampunk-infused version of her ladybug suit (complete with a pocket watch shield and goggles that see through temporal rifts), Marinette teams up with an older, battle-hardened version of Bunnyx (Alix Kubdel). Miraculous World- London- At the Edge of Time
However, there is a twist: Cat Noir is missing in the future timeline. Without the Black Cat’s power of destruction, the timeline cannot be "pruned" to remove the paradoxes The Chronographer is creating. This forces Ladybug to traverse the streets of Victorian London, 2025 London, and a desolate 3025 London in search of her partner.
In a fractured timeline where Emilie never used the Peacock Miraculous, Adrien meets a version of himself who is a normal boy. This doppelgänger asks, “Are you real, or are you just a wish someone made?” This forces Adrien to confront his sentimonster origins head-on for the first time in the series.
Originally slated for a late 2024 release, "Miraculous World: London – At the Edge of Time" is now expected to premiere globally in Summer 2025 (confirmed via the Gloob and Disney Channel scheduling leaks). The special begins seconds after the end of Season 5
The special will run for approximately 65 minutes, making it the longest Miraculous special to date. It will be available on:

The climax takes place in the Burrow’s core, where Chronos has captured the wish-granting mechanism of the Miraculous. Ladybug must convince him that chaos (the present) is better than a sterile, perfect past. She delivers the speech: “Time isn’t a line. It’s a heart. It beats, it stutters, it breaks. But it always keeps loving.” The Core Conflict: The newly crowned "Bug Noire"
