MSVC++2019_x86_ExtraQuality.exe or vcredist_x86_extra_quality.exe

Do not run it. Instead:

  • Compare file hash
    Official VC_redist.x86.exe for 2019 (version 14.29.30133.0) has known SHA-256:

    If your file’s hash differs and is not from Microsoft’s update catalog, delete it.
