Three factors have made this mod trend in 2025:
Open the DLCEnabler.ini file (it appears after first run). Change the following lines to "1":
EnableDLCClothingInMainStory = 1
EnableDLCWeaponsInFreeRide = 1
BypassDLCIntegrityCheck = 1
Save the file and set it to "Read Only" (right-click > Properties).
Want to use the Explosive Shotgun from Joe’s Adventures while fighting the Irish mob in Chapter 6? The enabler loads the DLC weapon pool into every mission. This makes the game significantly easier (or more fun) depending on your difficulty setting.
