Reboot your PC.

Plug in the OPC-1122U cable. Wait for "Device installed successfully."

Force the COM port to COM2 (as described in Part 2.3).

The IC-F310 supports Icom’s proprietary UT-108 DTMF decoder and UT-109R/110R 5-tone. If you use these, the software will have submenus for encoding PTT ID (ANI).

Once you have the software installed and the cable connected, follow this procedure to program your radio.
