His claim to fame was largely cemented by the 2020 smash hit “WAP” by Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion—specifically the iconic, bass-heavy "pony" sample flip. But it was his work on the "Something for thee Hotties" project and the street anthem "Sit"* (featuring Saucy Santana) that proved his sonic identity.

Hitkidd’s sound is a love letter to his hometown.
