When you see a clinic or service labelled “hdmallcom verified” on the platform, it has passed a multi-layer audit. This is not an automatic status; clinics must apply for and maintain this verification. hdmallcom verified
HDmall has largely moved toward a fully verified partner model. If you do encounter a listing without the badge, proceed with extra caution:
If an issue arises with a verified booking, HDmall’s customer support team can step in. Unverified listings (if any remain on the platform) don’t carry that same guarantee.
Using this feature is simple, but maximizing its benefits requires a strategy. Here is how to navigate the platform like a pro.
Step 1: Navigate to Hdmall.com Open the website or app. Do not use third-party search engines which may display outdated cache.
Step 2: Search for Your Procedure Type in "Laser eye surgery," "Dental implant," or "Health checkup." Hit search. Ownership & registration
Step 3: Apply the Filter On the left sidebar (or top bar on mobile), look for the checkbox labeled “hdmallcom verified” or simply “Verified.” Click it.
Step 4: Cross-Reference with Reviews Just because a clinic is verified does not mean it is right for you. Look for the "Verified Purchase" reviews—these are from patients who actually booked through the platform and attended their appointment.
Step 5: Check the Fine Print Click into the deal. Verified clinics will display a "Verification ID" at the bottom of the page. You can copy this ID and ask Hdmall customer support to confirm the verification date.
What if you find a clinic you like, but it does not have the hdmallcom verified badge? You can perform a DIY audit:
Verification includes license numbers. You can often cross-check these with your local medical council—adding an extra layer of trust. Trust marks & technical checks
To illustrate, consider two hypothetical patients looking for a “Lasik eye surgery” in Bangkok.
Patient A books an unverified clinic offering a 70% discount. The price is shockingly low ($400). Upon arrival, the clinic uses a 5-year-old laser machine, no pre-op eye mapping is done, and the “surgeon” is a general practitioner. Post-op, Patient A develops chronic dry eye and under-correction. The clinic disappears from the platform. No refund.
Patient B filters for hdmallcom verified and pays $650 for a similar Lasik package. The clinic uses a modern Schwind Amaris laser, the surgeon is a corneal specialist, and the pre-op exam takes 2 hours. When minor inflammation occurs post-op, Patient B messages Hdmall support, who contacts the clinic for a free follow-up within 24 hours.
The extra $250 for verification bought safety, accountability, and peace of mind.
