  • Flash the ROM:
  • Immediately Flash GApps:
  • (Optional but recommended) Wipe Cache/Dalvik again.
  • Reboot System.

    • Since official OpenGapps builds for Android 5.1 are no longer updated, you have two safe options: gapps android 51
