Ezviz Downgrade Firmware
For some consumer models (C6N, C1C), the official Ezviz Studio (Windows/Mac) allows firmware rollback if the option appears under Device Settings > Maintenance. If “Rollback” is greyed out, Ezviz has blocked it.
If the downgrade fails and the camera only flashes red:

If you have an identical camera running the older firmware, you may be able to extract the firmware file using inspection tools (advanced users only).

This is the hardest part of the process. EZVIZ does not maintain a public archive of old firmware on their main website.
Most Ezviz cameras do not support downgrade via the mobile app. You must use the TF Card (microSD card) recovery method.
