The adjustment program cannot communicate with the printer in normal mode. You must manually force the TX650 into Service/Factory Mode:
The program will show “Reset successful” or similar. Turn off the printer, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on. The flashing lights should be gone, and the printer ready.
If you don’t do physical maintenance, Error 22 will return faster because the counter resets to zero but the pads may still be saturated.
