After logging in, you will see a dashboard of icons (the LaunchPad):


Cause: You are using an outdated bookmark or an incorrect URL.

Solution: Do not rely on saved bookmarks from previous semesters. Instead, manually type the official eLearning URL from your enrollment paperwork. Clear your browser cache (CTRL+Shift+Delete) and try again.
