Select Elden Ring: Find the CUSA18581 folder/icon.
Copy: Confirm the copy.
Create the ZIP: On your PC, the PS4 creates a specific folder structure on the USB (PS4/SAVEDATA/ACCOUNT_ID/...). You can ZIP this entire folder structure for safe keeping.
If the "full" save was created with a modded PS4 (jailbreak), it may contain homebrew signatures. Your stock PS4 will freeze, crash, or potentially require a factory reset to clear the corrupted data notification.
