Unlike V2, the E7A V3 motherboard includes a security fuse called DBG_LOCK. If this fuse is blown, the V3 link will respond to JTAG/SWD commands but will return scrambled data. The only way to unlock it is to perform a full flash erase via the Recovery Boot (hold BOOT0 pin high while toggling nSRST three times within 100ms).
