La OMS ofrece acceso gratuito y legal a la CIE-11 en español. Aunque no es idéntica al DSM, muchos diagnósticos coinciden. Puede consultarla en línea o descargar la app oficial.
La tentación es comprensible. El DSM-5-TR es caro y no todos los estudiantes o profesionales en países con crisis económicas pueden costearlo. Sin embargo, los riesgos (virus, datos erróneos, problemas legales) superan los beneficios.
Nuestra recomendación es:
La ética profesional y la calidad diagnóstica no admiten atajos. Invertir en el manual oficial es invertir en la salud mental de sus pacientes y en su propia formación.
