This is a lean, no-frills driver. It provides only the core printing functions: paper size, orientation, number of copies, and print quality. It lacks the HP Smart dashboard, scan functionality (irrelevant here since the M111w has no scanner), and advanced printer management tools.

One of the most frequent pain points with the M111w is wireless configuration. Unlike its big brother the M209dwe (which requires an HP+ account and internet), the M111w is an open, standard Wi-Fi device.

This is the modern, easiest method.

The M111w does not have an automatic duplexer (it cannot flip the paper on its own). However, the driver includes a Manual Duplex feature.
