Even after you download the Revit family library 2018, Revit might not "see" it. You must set the correct file path.

Due to the age of the software version (Revit 2018), default installation paths and Autodesk Account interface options have changed. This document provides the necessary steps to ensure the complete library of imperial and metric families is available for use.

Once installed, inside Revit:

There are two primary methods to acquire the library.
