First, a hard truth: The Acer Aspire One NAV50 was not originally designed for 64-bit Windows 7.
Most NAV50 models shipped with:
Acer’s official driver support page for the NAV50 only lists drivers for Windows 7 32-bit. This means there are no “official” 64-bit drivers from Acer. However, with the right generic or modified drivers, you can get everything working.
Before you spend hours hunting drivers, consider this: The NAV50 has at most 2GB of RAM (most have 1GB soldered + 1GB slot). Windows 7 64-bit requires 2GB minimum and will run sluggishly. The better alternative: Install Windows 7 32-bit. Everything works out of the box from Acer’s official support page. Or, if you want a modern, light OS, try a 32-bit Linux distribution (like Linux Mint Xfce or antiX).
