If you bought a physical device from Apple.com or the Apple Store app, you get a very different invoice (including serial numbers, warranty info, and tax details).

If you cannot find the order in your history, check your email for the original "Order Confirmation" from Apple. That email contains a direct link to the invoice. download apple invoice

Fix: Use the "Print" method on the Purchase History web page. This produces a clean, black-and-white list of dates, amounts, and Apple Order IDs (which start with "M" or "G").
