Step 3: The "Phantom" Update Let the software install completely. Do not close the window even if it freezes on "Installing Database." This can take 20-40 minutes. When finished, it will ask to restart. Do not open DiagBox yet.
Step 4: Apply the Patch (The "Crack")
Go to the "CRACK" or "ACTIVATION" folder. Copy the DiagBox 9.91 Patch.exe into the installation directory (usually C:\PSA\DiagBox). Run as Administrator and click "Apply."
Note: A verified patch will show "Done" or "Succeeded."
Step 5: Install VCI Drivers
