Follow these instructions exactly, and the Diablo will score 30+ goals per season from midfield, often breaking the 8.00 average rating barrier. It remains one of the most overpowered tactics in CM/FM history.

The team instructions only set the stage. The true Diablo effect comes from overriding team instructions for one player: your central AMC.
For your AMC (The Diablo) , set these Player Instructions: Ideal Attributes: Positioning, Strength, Passing
Note: Your two strikers should have Forward Runs: Often, Mentality 20, but Cross Ball: Rarely, Through Balls: Often. They are decoys and providers, not goalscorers.
Using Diablo destroys the challenge. If you want a realistic save, avoid it. But if you want to relive a piece of CM folklore or smash your friend in a hot-seat game, go ahead. Just know that after 2–3 seasons, you’ll get bored of winning every match 9–0. Note: Your two strikers should have Forward Runs:
