In the maximum-security area, there is a cell with a skeleton holding a skull. You cannot open the door. Stand in front of the cell and use the Whiskey Bottle on the skeleton. The skeleton will stand up, open the door, and hand you the skull, then die again.

This area is spooky and linear, but the developers hid items inside the environmental geometry. You need to clip the camera through the walls.
