Fast forward to BoBoiBoy Galaxy. Retak’ka returns, now fused with the Power Sphera Bora Ra. He is no longer just a pirate; he is a force of nature.
This rematch is what fans truly craved. BoBoiBoy is no longer the scared kid from the movie. He has trained. He has Fusion.
Key moments in the Galaxy clash:
First, let’s clear the air. In BoBoiBoy: The Movie, the villain was introduced as Borara—a terrifying alien who literally split BoBoiBoy into three separate elements (Wind, Earth, and Lightning). However, in the sequel series BoBoiBoy Galaxy, we learn his true name is Retak’ka. "Borara" was merely a title or alias.
For nostalgia’s sake, we’ll call him Retak’ka (Borara)—the man who broke our hero. boboiboy vs borara
The fight starts with Boboiboy in his standard Cobalt form (All elements at once). He throws everything—Lightning strikes, water jets, fireballs. Borara laughs. It opens its maw and eats the lightning. It uses Spore Burst to cover the arena in explosive seeds. Boboiboy, overwhelmed, is forced to separate.
A dark horse candidate. Thorn utilizes sharpened leaves and magnetic dust storms. Against a plant monster, Thorn might be able to manipulate Borara’s own vines against it. "Hurricane Cutter" (Wind + Earth) creates a sandstorm so dense it sands away Borara’s outer layers while clogging its spore pores. Fast forward to BoBoiBoy Galaxy
Location: Empty star system with a dying sun.
Condition: Borara is heading toward Earth after consuming three other planets. BoBoiBoy has no fleet support — only Ochobot and his elemental powers.
BoBoiBoy begins in BoBoiBoy Thunderstorm (fusion of Lightning and Wind) to strike from range. He unleashes Tempest Aura and Lightning Storm Slash. He switches to BoBoiBoy Blaze (Fire) and BoBoiBoy
He switches to BoBoiBoy Blaze (Fire) and BoBoiBoy Terra (Earth), attempting to burn tentacles and create rock barriers.
Surprisingly, many theorists believe Frostfire is the ultimate answer. By flash-boiling Borara’s internal sap (Water) and then instantly freezing the moisture (Fire? Wait—Frostfire uses Water/Fire to create thermal shock). The rapid expansion and contraction of Borara’s cells would shatter its chitinous hide like glass.
