Before downloading anything, you must understand what "100%" means in the context of Repentance. Unlike other games where 100% means beating the final boss, Isaac has three distinct save file icons.

Once you have your rep_persistentgamedata1.dat (or similar) file, here is how to install it without losing your existing progress. Before downloading anything, you must understand what "100%"

Step 1: Locate your save folder. Navigate to: C:\Users\[YourUserName]\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\

Step 2: Back up your saves. Copy every file in that folder to your desktop. Name the folder "Isaac Backup." This is crucial.

Step 3: Disable Steam Cloud (Temporarily). Right-click The Binding of Isaac in Steam > Properties > General. Toggle "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for The Binding of Isaac" to OFF. If you don't do this, Steam will overwrite your new 100% file with your old empty one. Note: Some files claim "100%" but only have items unlocked

Step 4: Overwrite the file. Delete or rename the existing rep_persistentgamedata1.dat (the number corresponds to save slot 1). Paste the downloaded file. Rename it to match the exact file name of the one you removed.

Step 5: Launch and verify. Start Repentance. You should see the platinum save file icon. Enter the game and check "Stats" -> "Secrets." It should read 637/637.

Step 6: Re-enable Steam Cloud. Exit the game. Go back to Steam Properties and turn Cloud Saves back ON. When Steam asks "Which file do you want to keep?" select Local File (the new one).
