Open Regedit and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R20.1\ACAD-E001:409\ProductLocale

Change the value from en-US to fr-FR. This tricks AutoCAD into looking for French resources. However, because the resource IDs between versions differ, some menu items may appear as blank or hashed (####). autocad 2017 french language pack 2021

After launching the French version:
