After installation, you'll need to configure the T-Rex for optimal performance.

Installation is standard: Drop the t_rex_3.0 folder into your steamapps/common/assettocorsa/content/cars directory. Make sure you have Custom Shaders Patch (CSP) 0.2.0 or later, or the shadows on the Rex’s teeth will look inverted.
We took the new T-Rex mod to Nordschleife Tourist for a test drive. The results were baffling.
Let’s be realistic. You are not going to win an iRacing-style ranked race with this. However, in casual Assetto Corsa "Track Day" lobbies, the new T-Rex mod has found a competitive niche: The Handicap King.
Because the car is so hard to drive, beating a human driver in a GT3 car while you’re stomping around as a T-Rex is considered the ultimate flex. Many servers now have a "Rex vs Rest" rule: If the T-Rex finishes in the top 10, everyone else has to do a penalty lap in a Fiat 500.
That said, respect server rules. Some serious hotlapping servers will ban you instantly if you spawn as a dinosaur. Always check the lobby title. If it says "Cruise | NO REX," don't be that guy.
