Problems while updating Complianz Premium

Are you getting this error message while updating?

assassins creed iv black flag switch nsp dlc extra quality

Possible solutions

This error is caused because there is some problem with verifying your license code. Please follow these steps:

1. Did your license expire

Check your account (subscriptions tab) for possible problems with your last payment or renewal. You can renew an expired license here or edit your payment info under the Profile tab if needed.

2. Is your license activated?

While logged in to your WordPress Admin, go to the license tab of our Complianz plugin. Check if your license code is filled in and if the text active is displayed on the right side of the license code field. If this is not the case, try (re-)entering your license code and press ‘Activate License.’

3. Is your license activated on a staging environment?

Did you test Complianz on a staging environment and then copy the files to a live environment? In some cases, this can cause the license to be filled in on both environments. If you don’t have a Plus or Unlimited license (enabling multiple activations with one license code), you will have to deactivate the license on the staging environment.

Did you go through the steps mentioned above, but are you still receiving the error message? Don’t hesitate to get in touch with support.

Complianz has received its Google CMP Certification to conform to requirements for publishers using Google advertising products.

Once installed, go to Options and disable:

Then, in your /config/override_config.ini (via Tesla Overlay), add: [Assassins Creed IV] dynres_scale=1 vsync=off handheld_gpu=998

Because the Switch uses a shared memory pool, you cannot simply drop 4K textures in. However, community modders have created "LOD Increase" mods (Level of Detail). These mods force the game to load the highest quality mipmaps even from a distance.

How to install (Extreme quality):

The result? Edward’s coat loses the "muddy" look, and the Caribbean water actually shimmers like the PS4 version.

This is the technical heart of the keyword. The Nintendo Switch runs on a Tegra X1 chip. Nintendo underclocks it severely to save battery. To get extra quality in Black Flag, you need custom firmware (CFW) like Atmosphere.

The Switch version sports improved lighting effects. The Caribbean sun feels blindingly bright, reflecting realistically off the ocean waves. The contrast during storms is particularly effective; when the skies turn grey and the rain lashes down, the dynamic lighting adds a layer of immersion that was previously washed out on older hardware.

Key UX adaptations for Switch:

Good ports preserve the core control feel, while poor ports lead to clunky targeting, camera issues, or unintuitive button mappings.

  • Preservation: NSP dumping from owned cartridges offers a path for archivists to preserve titles, but legal complexities remain.

  • When Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag would be sailing onto the Nintendo Switch, a wave of excitement—and skepticism—washed over the gaming community. Originally released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 generation, Black Flag is widely considered the pinnacle of the naval combat era of the franchise. But how does a game of this scale fit onto a hybrid console?

For digital collectors and enthusiasts looking into the NSP format, specifically seeking the "extra quality" provided by the DLC, the Switch version offers a surprisingly robust package. This article explores the technical performance, the value of the included content, and why this port remains a must-play.

  • Reception: Broad critical acclaim for world design; some criticism for series formula fatigue
