Concept: Mind control gone wrong.
Plot: Pigs hypnotize the Blues into stealing eggs. Red breaks the spell by yelling angrily—breaking the pigs’ concentration.
Dark joke: The pigs hypnotize themselves into clucking.
Concept: Zombie parody (family-friendly).
Plot: A strange moon makes pigs move stiffly and moan “Eggggsss.” The birds hide until Red realizes they’re just sleepwalking.
Visual highlight: Pigs doing the Thriller dance while stealing eggs.
Synopsis: A direct parody of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Chuck, the hyperactive yellow triangle bird, becomes bored with the quiet life. To amuse himself, he repeatedly fakes pig attacks, sending the flock scrambling to battle stations. The other birds grow tired of his pranks—until a real invasion force of pigs arrives, and no one believes him.
Why it stands out: This episode teaches a classic lesson with a massive explosion. Watch for the moment Chuck’s super-speed fails him against his own ego. It’s the first time the show explores the consequences of crying wolf on Piggy Island.
Red decides to go fishing to prove he can provide food without fighting pigs. He catches a boot, a treasure chest (full of dynamite), and finally—a giant mechanical pig submarine. The submarine launches a torpedo that turns out to be a chicken egg.
Absurdity level: Maximum. The episode plays like a silent-era short by Buster Keaton. Red’s fishing rod bends into a pretzel. A pig inside the submarine waves a white flag. Red nonchalantly reels in the torpedo-egg, cracks it open, and makes an omelet while the submarine sinks in the background.
Best shot: Red looking directly at the camera, deadpan, as an explosion happens behind him. No reaction. Pure comedy.
If you only watch one stretch of Angry Birds Toons, make it episodes 10-20. You’ll laugh at Chuck’s chili-induced mania, cry at the Corporal pig releasing the hatchling, and cheer as Red finally becomes the leader he was always meant to be. These eleven episodes prove that even in a world of flightless birds and thieving pigs, there’s room for genuine storytelling.
So load up the slingshot, aim for the pig structures, and enjoy the wild ride that is Angry Birds Toons 10-20.
Keywords used: Angry Birds Toons 10-20, Angry Birds Toons episodes 10 through 20, episode 10, episode 20, Bomb’s Awakening, Slingshot 101, Piggy Island, Rovio.
Concept: Training manual parody.
Plot: Red tries teaching new recruits how to use the slingshot. Each student fails hilariously (Bomb detonates mid-air, Chuck overshoots into space).
Ending: Red launches himself—and accidentally solves the episode’s pig problem.
