The standard HD Edition caps you at 200 or 500 population (depending on the game mode). A trainer can break the cap entirely, allowing you to command 1,000 or even 10,000 units. (Note: Performance and pathfinding may suffer with extreme numbers). Disable overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience)
